Weifang Sunshine Fine technical Ceramics Co., Ltd. established in 2004, is a professional manufacturer of reaction sintered silicon carbide products, integrated with R&D, production and sales. The company is located in the beautiful city Weifang and covers an aera of 6000 square meters.The company now has more than 50 employees, 10 engineers and technicians. What's more, it owns excellent production technology and advanced equipments, such as vacuum reaction sintering furnaces, high temperature carbon tube furnaces, and machinery equipment. We introduce advanced technology from abroad, and we own two patents now: Patent furnace body of the vacuum induction furnace, Patent furnace body of the high temperature carbon tube sintering furnace.
The leading product of the company is SiC desulfuration nozzles. It is the key component of the sulfur removal assembly in the fired power plants, volume boilers. The nozzles have many excellent qualities, such as high-intensity, high hardness,strong corrosion and severe abrasion resistance, long service life and so on. There are various kinds of nozzles, including spiral nozzles, eddy current linear cutting nozzles and special-shaped nozzles.
The company also produces burner, roller, beam, radiant tube, rapid cooling tube, thermocouple protecting tube, crucilble, chemical pipes and other special-shaped products. The products are widely used in consturction ceramics, domestic ceramics, industrial kilns, environmental protection of the power plant, paper manufacture, machinery and many other fields. The radiant tubes are widely used in the forging steel company. These products fill the domestic emptiness in many fileds .
The products have already batch exported to Malaysia, Japan, Vietam, Pakistan, South Africa, Australia, South and North Korea and many other countries and regions.
